We have been awarded the trading standards safe trader award for excellence, based on customer feedback and recommendations. All members of our organization have shown they are committed to treating their customers honestly and fairly by using to a code of practice. Traders also agree to work with Trading Standards to resolve any problems if they should occur. Businesses on the scheme are monitored using customer feedback and must have a minimum of £2 million public liability insurance and employers liability insurance.
We have recently won this award again this year, making it four years in a row!

The performance of members of the scheme is monitored by Lancashire County Council Trading Standards via customer feedback. Traders are encouraged to seek customer feedback which is scrutinised by the Safe Trader team before it appears on the website. Customers rate the performance of traders by awarding stars for Customer Service, Quality of Work and Time Taken.
